Shipping policy
Haven Luxx offers free standard shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are already included in our product prices — there are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Order Processing Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days of purchase (this applies to 90% of orders; in rare cases processing may take slightly longer). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times All delivery estimates are in business days after dispatch:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
Important Notes Delivery times are estimates provided by our fulfilment partners and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control. Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on item availability.
